Customized Orders

  Each product is crafted uniquely based on your order details. Because of the custom nature of our work, we generally only accept returns or exchanges, as further explained below.
• Please Double-Check:
  We encourage you to verify your design, size, and personalization options before finalizing your order. This helps us ensure that you receive exactly what you envisioned.

Quality Guarantee

We stand behind the quality and craftsmanship of our products. If you have any concerns about the quality of your order, please contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date.

• Defective or Damaged Products:
  If your order arrives damaged or is defective (and the issue isn’t due to the information provided at purchase), please let us know. We will investigate and, if necessary, send you a complimentary replacement as quickly as possible.
  • If a replacement is not feasible or if you prefer not to wait, we will arrange a refund for the product price.

Lost or Undelivered Orders

• Lost in Transit:
  In the rare case that your package is lost during shipping, please contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date. We will gladly send a replacement order at no additional cost.
• Orders Returned to Sender:
  If your order is returned due to an incorrect address or refusal at delivery, please update your shipping details and place a new order. We will refund the product price for the new order; however, any additional shipping fees will be your responsibility.
• Unclaimed Packages:
  For orders that go unclaimed and are eventually returned, please reach out to us. We will work with you to arrange a reshipment. Please note that re-shipping fees will apply.
